High rep flys w/power blocks

So, high (ish) rep day here at geezers gym (lol) and first movement was flys, 5 sets, 15reps 60lbs....

So far so good, UNTIL barbell incline presses, yeaaaah, it kinda got fugly-ish (I'll drop that vid next)

I'm so use to doing mostly 1-6 reps for, well, EVERYTHING, so aiming for 15 reps today was fun AND a touch scary at the same time....
