Power Block Dumbell rows

After multiple sets of Yates Rows (AKA reverse grip barbell rows) working up to 275lbs x 5 reps and a drop set of 10 w/ 225lbs, I moved onto dumbbell rowing with the Power Blocks, and this being the last set of 90s, 8 reps per arm I was very ready to tap out!

Back, arms and traps were SCREAMING with in 4hrs, menial tasks such as, using a knife and fork for dinner, was severely compromised lol...
