After doing several heavy sets of Yates rows (also known as reverse grip barbell rows) I dropped the poundage down to 225 and cranked out a finishing set of 10!
FK ME! Its been just over 4hrs since and EVERYTHING HURTS! Lol...back, traps, arms and now I can barely hold a knife and fork to eat dinner!

Went on to POWER BLOCK dumbbell rows for 6 sets, vid drops as soon as I can stop my forearms from cramping! (Gonna be friggen Popeye if I keep this up!)
