Ab training has never been my fav thing to do, but I do need to start being more "pro-active" in that department, so I dusted off my very un-intimidating ab wheel at the end of landmine and pullover back workout today!
Fu[k me! Lol..whatever core muscles weren't destroyed from the workout, this damn little wheel sure finished them off!

Again,I needs to do abdominals every workout, 2,3 4 sets, what ever it takes, prob help with some of my main lifts for core strength and stability...
