Reverse grip Pull ups

Reverse grip Pull ups, done at the end of a heavy rowing sessions really fires up the lats, and a great replacement, or alternative, to cable lat pulldowns.

Finished todays dumbell and t-bar rowing sets with 3 sets of (fugly) 8 reps but all in all, a great back trashing today (see my 2 other vids for previous exercises, POWER BLOCK Dumbell row and Landmine t-bar rows.
