After doing 8 sets of dumbell rows with my new POWER BLOCKS, it was time for good ol heavy basics, Landmine T-Bar rows!
For back, you gotta trash it with the basics, deadlifts and barbell rowing of some sort.
8 sets. 4 being semi heavy warmups, to 4 working sets! Total weight on these 2 sets, 135 and 145, and finished of with a fugly set of 8 with 150lbs (THAT video is not suitable for family viewing lol)
