power/strength building set

So I'm really NOT fond of straight barbell benching, def prefer dumbbell (or even flat hammer press) benching but since I am now a "second class citizen" and no longer allowed into my fav gym, I have to make it work in my apartment gym (yup, spare room in my apartment lol)

I've been slowly raising my somewhat pathetic press from 225 and found that by doing these "power presses for sets of 3-4 at the end of my working sets, I have increased my one rep max to 285lbs (as of today, yay!)
Loving the process and oddly enough somewhat enjoying barbell pressing.
On a side note, just ordered POWER BLOCKS, stages 1,2 and 3 so I am soooo looking forward to doing dumbell pressing again!

Here I am doing 305 for 4 reps x 3 sets after doing my reg benching (6 sets of 3, then adding a wee bit each set and did 1 rep for 4 sets leading up to 2 sets of one at 285lbs.
