Best Shoulder Exercises - OHP - Over Head Press - Military Press - Shoulder Exercises
The over head press - OHP and also called the military press and side lateral raises will make your upper body wider. The OHP will work all your shoulder and upper back muscles. Plus your abs and legs as stabilizers. The side lateral raises will develop your deltoid muscles. The bigger the deltoid muscles the wider you will look up top. I am 49 and don't use heavy weight when doing these exercises. My shoulder muscles are in good shape and I don't want to mess them up. I would advise you to not lift heavy while doing side lateral raises. Take care of your shoulders. These are excellent exercises and would benefit your upper body greatly!
