Much of downtown Middleboro was flooded due to heavy rains and rising levels of the Cumberland River early Sunday Morning. The rain was intense and the water came fast. Residents like Eric Partin woke up early to the rising water and his neighbor had to be rescued as the water reached her bed. Video also shows the Golf Course at Pine Mountain State Park completely under water and Baseball fields submerged. First shot of video shows geese on golf course surrounded by water. Middlesboro is located in Bell County Kentucky which is South Eastern, KY and is on the border with Tennessee near the Cumberland Gap Tunnel
