Desperate Democrats Suddenly Want CA Recall Election Declared Unconstitutional

Verrrrry suspicious timing. We hadn't heard a peep from the Democrats about the legality of their recall law but suddenly, when it appears that their embattled governor Gavin Newsom will LOSE the recall and removed office, we hear the Democrats whining that the recall election law is NOT constitutional. It is so hilariously late in the game to be concerned about the law's constitutionality that recall ballots have already been sent out.

This is a very strong indication that Newsom supporters have no confidence that their beloved can prevail in the recall election.
