RED VELVET CAKE TRUFFLES

ingredients:
red velvet cake crumbs
whole almonds
white chocolate
desiccated coconut
some fondant decorations (optional)

RED VELVET CAKE
ingredients:

egg 1
sugar 140 gram (its just a little more than a half cup)
vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
white vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
vegitable oil 1/2 cup
butter milk 1/2 cup
red food colour one full tablespoon
unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon
baking powder 1 tablespoon
all purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
salt just a pinch

DIRECTIONS:
for making red velvet cake
in a large bowl mix togather egg ,sugar, oil,buttermilk,food colour,vinegar,and vanilla essence. use your electric mixer to get more air in it.
take another bowl and mix your dry ingredients in it.
flour, baking soda,salt ,and cocoa powder. mix them well with a spoon and add them into wet ingredients mixture..use your electric mixer to combine them untill you get a smooth batter.
shift this cake mixture to your oiled and floured cake pan .and place it in preheated oven at 175° celsius for about 30 minutes.
your red velvet cake is ready .
