Insulin plays many roles in the body, not just managing blood sugar levels (although that is a big role!). In this video, I am walking through the causes of elevated insulin and insulin resistance.

Insulin resistance is a core contributor to many chronic diseases - not just Diabetes! Research has shown connections with Alzheimer's, heart disease, autoimmune conditions, cancer, hypertension, and many more.
