The Government Wants a Ministry of Truth to Guide our Thoughts

Its Monday, and there is a lot to catch up on from last week. First and foremost are the remarks made by the new surgeon general about misinformation (https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/surgeon-general-warns-misinformation-urgent-threat-public-health/story?id=78852002). According to him, there are super spreaders of misinformation that need to be stopped. Health has apparently expanded from the food you are supposed to eat, to what information is allowed to be shared. I personally feel that in order to make an informed decision I need to hear what everyone has to say, and then judge for myself. Most people are smart enough to recognize the garbage when presented everything.

There have also been some very interesting revelations from the election audits taking place around the country. The question is, what happens when they are done? If they came back and said Trump had actually won, then what exactly would we do? There is no mechanism in place to reverse a fraudulent election. I guess the founding fathers never considered that possibility. Some people are saying we would just have to live with an illegitimate government until the next election. I don't think that would happen though.
