Bench Press Week 4

Bench Press 4 sets of 6 reps @ 185 lbs
Military Press 4 sets of 12 reps @ 45 lbs
Shoulder Press 4 sets of 12 reps @ 25 lbs

For this work out I stayed with high reps and low weight, the reason being is the week before I was throwing javelin and wouldn't want to put a lot of extra stress on my throwing arm.
