“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me' (Matthew 25:40).

Tuna casserole is not the same without the tuna. Christianity is not the same without serving the least of these. We can go to church, we can know theology, but unless we are serving the “least of these, something’s missing.

Leadership can be serving or self-serving. Too often we help others because they can return the favor. That’s self-serving. Let’s find people that cannot help us back, cannot repay us, cannot increase our status, our income, or cannot even say thank you. Those are the people serving leaders serve. Why? Because Jesus says that when we serve the least of these, we are serving Him!
