Virus Magnetic Boat Freaky Diamagnetic or Static Charge Affect

While trying to achieve a better magnetic boat that did not need to turn a strange effect presented itself. Is it static charge and the magnet turning pushes off the static charge or is it some type of diamagnetic effect involving water of different depths or in two layers?
