2- Pushups x20
3- Pike Pushups x12
4- Supermans x12
5- Side Planks x25 seconds
6- Dips x30, 15, 10, 10
7- W Supermans x12
8- Close-Grip Pushups x15
9- ATWY x2 Rotations
Repeat 2-3x if you are a monster!
