You can do anything for 5 Minutes! Including Exercise!!
You will needs weights, but if you don't own any these will work
Reuse that old milk/water container!
Fill it up and get to work!
1 gallon = 128oz = 8lbs approx
3/4 gallon = 96oz = 6lbs approx
1/2 gallon = 64oz = 4lbs approx
1/4 gallon = 32oz = 2lbs approx
1/8 gallon = 16oz = 1lb approx
**The swooshing of the water adds resistance.
