Mix Fruits In A Bowl

The well-known rules are:
1- Sweet fruits combine very well with slightly acidic fruits (so bananas and pears, it goes very well). On the other hand, they do not combine with acidic fruits. (eg 2- bananas and grapefruit do not mix well).
3- Sub-acidic fruits combine very well with acidic fruits (apples and kiwis)
4- Acid fruits mix with everything except sweet fruits.
On the other hand, melons which contain a lot of water (97% water) do not combine with anything, in principle and should be eaten before (between 20 and 30 minutes) everything else. If you eat melon after a banana meal, it will create traffic jams in your tummy because melon digests even faster than bananas and will catch up. It's like eating melon after a pasta dish!
5- Fruit juices and water should be taken before eating or mixed together in smoothies.
