Breathe to the Music and Gentle Guidance - Intermediate Level

Wim Hof breathing method, 5 rounds, 1 minute to 2 minute breath hold. Intermediate level:
Round 1 breathe for 1 min 30 seconds hold for 1 minute 15 seconds.
Round 2 breathe for 1 min 30 seconds hold for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Round 3 breathe for 1 min 30 seconds hold for 1 minute 45 seconds.
Round 4 breathe for 1 min 30 seconds hold for 2 minutes.
Round 5 breathe for 1 min 30 seconds hold for 2 minutes

When you're done (after round 5), stay still and just observe what's happening inside your body - for another minute or two. Or, better yet, go straight into meditation.
