Join me today for a follow along BACK + BICEPS workout. You will need some weights for this workout or any household item will do the trick. We'll start off with demos of the exercises and a warm up. Let's get sweaty 💦

WORKOUT DETAILS:

3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off

1. bent over seesaw row
2. 1 and 1/2 curl with iso hold
3. SA row to shrug R arm
4. SA row to shrug L arm
5. 1 and 1/2 wide bicep curls
6. bent over close grip row
