I went in for 5 1/2 hours
Of surgery for-
Sever Spinal Stenosis!!
Pre surgery- Standing
For 10seconds or walking
about 5 steps = Left leg and
Side Severe level
10 out of 10 pain the kind you want
To puke or pass out !!
Aka: “Fuck Everything Hurts!!”
But still trained
Classes and Clients everyday!
5:30pm 3 hours post surgery
With a walker I took the steps
With OUT PAIN in 3 years!!!!
So this workout is my current
Level of Recovery, Muscle Gain
and Weight Loss!!
I’m sure my Surgeon would shit
If he saw this but then be happy!!
WOD 2/19/2021
2min x 8 x 50sec rest
30seconds of Cardio
(Bike/Row/Run/JumpNJacks)
(count time not reps)
6 Sumo Dead Lifts
3 Hang Cleans
