Gorgeous day in WNC prompted this outdoor home full body workout. Skim through for exercise progression based on your comfort level.
Basic rundown:
Mobility warmup
Dumbbell Pushups × 45 sec
Dumbbell Row x 45 sec
Dumbbell Deadlift × 45 sec
Overhead Press × 45 sec
Bulgarian Split Squat x45 sec each leg
Bulgarian Split Squat (hamstring) x45 sec each leg
OPTIONAL: Curl superset w/tricep extension
Fully recover
Circuit x 3
Time under tension is more important than reps in this circuit. Goal is to preserve energy.
Intermediate level superset for each exercise for those sick people out there that want to be hurting afterwards.

This routine takes no more than 20 minutes and can be customized for your level of joint health and mobility as well as your current strength levels. We take the same care when training our clients, in person and virtually. No body is the same and everyone has their own neuromuscular habits and compensations that we make sure to program around and build in exercises to slowly bring the body back into balance.
