Kayak Pike and Bass Fishing from the Native Slayer Max 12.5 on a cold and rainy October day

I had met up with Hernan from Hernan's Reel Game YouTube channel
for some early October bass and pike fishing at a Southeast Wisconsin lake.
When we arrived it looked as if the lake had been drawn down for some reason.
I later found out the lake is not normally drawn down for winter and this was temporary
for some "beach" improvements.
The air temperature when we arrived was in the mid forties and only warmed up to
54 degrees later in the day. The water temp was a chilly 49 degrees and got into the mid to lower 50s
later in the day. It did rain a little bit but just some light showers that ended pretty quick.
