In this video, I discuss the following:
1. Moving your chin forward as you swim so your head isn't plowing water.
2. Reducing the amount of hesitation of your hands between the end of the recovery and the beginning of the pull phase.
3. Eliminating the "half moon pull" and allow yourself to grab the water much sooner. This also engages much stronger muscles and allows you to increase your actual Distance Per Stroke by at least 40-50%.
4. Kicking with straight legs. Eliminates the "wiggly legs" and increases your kicking efficiency. Also reduces the amount of oxygen wasted on wiggling your legs and allows a much better body position.
Let me know if there are any questions!
