Shaolin Kungfu is an ancient form of Chinese martial arts. It originated in the famous Shaolin Temple which is located in the Henan province in China. In Shaolin Kung Fu the first step is to become more flexible and body conditioning, then learn the stances of which you go to Ji Ben Gong or fundamental skills.
In this video you see 35 basic exercises of Shaolin Wushu. Traditionally there were 18 basics but many schools practise their own Ji Ben Gong. In this video you have 35 basics to learn Shaolin Martial Arts.
