Lee County suing MW Horticulture over mulch fires

Lee County filed a lawsuit August 13, asking a judge to force MW Horticulture to alleviate the noxious and hazardous conditions that nearby residents and businesses of the company’s North Fort Myers site have had to endure the last 20 months.
