MSNBC report: Senate concludes there was no collusion

On Tuesday word broke that a bipartisan group of congressional Republicans and Democrats on the Senate Intelligence Committee had concluded that there's no direct evidence to prove that Trump colluded with Russian operatives to affect the outcome for the 2016 election.
