The lawsuit, filed in 2024, challenged the state’s refusal to release Termination of Pregnancy Reports (TPRs), which are critical for ensuring abortion providers comply with state laws. The settlement ensures that these records will now be made available to the public with minimal redactions, allowing pro-life groups to continue their oversight of the state’s abortion industry and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
