20250311 Day 1066 Part-2

Post-Conditioning Lower Body

For my primary movement I did 5x sets of single leg work in the form of Rear-Foot Elevated Split Squats. I used a single kettlebell for loading and did these in the 10+ rep range

Following Split Squats, for direct hamstring work I did 5x sets of Lifefitness Seated Hamstring Curls. These were higher volume in the 15+ rep range

For caves I did 5x sets of Hammer Strength Seated Calf Raises in the 20+ rep range

Last, I finished off with a hip hinge in the form of 100x Hammer Strength 45 Degree Back Extensions (5x20)
