Post-Conditioning Back & Accessories

I began with 5x sets of Hammer Strength Bi-Lateral Horizontal Rows 8-12 rep range as my primary pull

Next, for a vertical, lat-biased movement I did 5x sets of Wide-Grip Cable Lat Pulldowns of 8-12 reps

As an accessory in service of increasing overall volume of shoulder work, I’m adding in 5x sets of Lifefitness Machine Lateral Raises in on both pulling and pressing days. These were in the 8-12 rep range as well

Last, to tie it all together I did 5x sets of strict pull-ups to technical failure
