This 25-minute total body spring break hotel workout requires nothing but a small space and a good cattitude!! All of the movements will be done by simply using your bodyweight. Shoes are optional.

1. 15 Deep Squat to Overhead Reach
2. 20 Alternating Curtsy Lunges with Open + Close Hands Behind Head (16 in 1st Set)
3. 20 Jumping Jacks (or 10/Alternating Low Impact 1/2 Jacks)
4. 15 Push Ups (Wall, Incline or Traditional)
5. 15/Leg Single Leg Hinge with Hydrant
6. 15 Leg Lifts in Hollow Hold
