Hi, friend! These are some of my go-to yoga poses and stretches when I wind down for bed in the evening and want to get in a good night's sleep despite pregnancy aches and soreness. As a yoga practitioner and yoga teacher, I have found my practice to be more relevant than ever before. Moving my body and tuning into my breath has really helped me navigate my pregnancy so far and has also helped me connect with baby. I hope you find these evening stretches helpful, energizing, and grounding.
