In The Garage with EHR: Dropped Spindles & Blocks for the S-10

We are getting a few things done on Sage's S-10 so she'll have a cool little truck to be proud of when she gets her license. She already de-badged it and swapped her marker lights for clear ones. Now the the big change, a slight lowering job. She didn't want to go too much, since we live in a very hilly area with some crazy approach angles on side streets and driveways. While I tried to talk her into a 3" drop, she insisted on a 2" drop front and rear. So, we called up Summit and ordered up a dropped spindle and block kit from McGaughys. I like their kits, because they are all American made so you know they're good quality. While we were in there we did the front brakes and put in new tie rods from Moog. I'd say that the stance and wheel choice are the two most important things to do to a car to get the right look.
