The gang at Car Tech Books did it again. Doug Boyce just wrote the Book "Drag Racing In The 1970s" published through www.CarTechBooks.com as a soft cover book. He does a great job covering the drag race scene from 1971 to 1980, which can be arguably drag racings heyday. One of my favorite parts about the book s that Boyce covers all the classes from Top Fuel to the Stock classes in NHRA, AHRA, and IHRA. It is really a great look at the drag racing scene from that era. Boyce not only covers a lot of the hot rod action in chronological order with good text, the book is also jam packed full of hundreds of great color action photos of every class he covers. Top Fuel, Funny car, Gassers, Super Stock, Pro Stock, and more. This is a great addition to any rodder's library.
