In a desolate ghost town, forgotten by civilization baking under the desert sun, a single cactus has flourished for centuries. This remarkable plant has developed a unique adaptation. It absorbs toxic substances from its harsh environment and synthesizes compounds that counteract the very illnesses these toxins cause.
Over generations, this solitary cactus has unknowingly become a pharmaceutical treasure. Its juice contains compounds that could treat numerous diseases plaguing humanity. If harvested and properly processed, this cactus could provide life-saving medication for millions across the globe.
It has remained undiscovered and safe until now. A popular ghost-hunting YouTuber spots the abandoned town while searching satellite imagery for his next filming location. After a night of heavy drinking at a nearby hotel, the YouTuber drives out to the ghost town in the early morning hours to set up cameras for his show. Disoriented, he stumbles through the ruins, accidentally smashing the ancient cactus. The impact shatters the plant into pieces, unknowingly destroying centuries of natural pharmaceutical development and humanity's chance at these miracle cures. Fortunately, not all was lost, the ghost hunting video garnered a whopping 10 views and a single comment.
The Video was created in 3ds Max, Vray and After Effects. Music was composed in MPC 2 with my Akai MPK Mini with various synths like Pigments, OPx and Hype. That’s all for now, thanks for looking 😊
