D.C. (Dist. of Criminals), February 12, 2025 — Attorney General Pam Bondi has vowed to challenge federal judges obstructing President Trump’s executive orders, particularly those blocking efforts to curb government waste, migrant spending, and law enforcement operations.

Appearing on America’s Newsroom, Bondi blasted activist judges for standing in the way of Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and other initiatives.

“We have so many unelected judges trying to control government spending,” Bondi said. “People work their whole lives and pay taxes, yet they find out they’ve been giving $2 million to Guatemala for sex changes. It’s outrageous. And it’s going to stop.”

Trump: “Maybe We Have to Look at the Judges”
Trump has faced legal roadblocks from the courts as he seeks to freeze billions in federal grants and loans and halt taxpayer-funded migrant housing. The president questioned whether some judges were deliberately trying to protect corruption.

“We want to weed out the corruption. And it seems hard to believe that a judge could say, ‘We don’t want you to do that,’” Trump said during a White House briefing. “So maybe we have to look at the judges, because that’s very serious.”

Bondi clarified that the administration would not target judges personally but would aggressively appeal their rulings and push for judicial reform to prevent activist courts from obstructing executive authority.

Fighting Back Against Migrant Housing and ICE Raid Leaks
One of the administration’s key battles is blocking FEMA funds from being used to house illegal migrants in luxury hotels like the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City. A federal judge recently ruled against Trump’s effort to stop FEMA money from funding migrant stays, forcing taxpayers to continue footing the bill.

Bondi called out judicial overreach, arguing that one unelected district judge should not have the power to override federal policy.

“The Roosevelt Hotel is just one example,” Bondi said. “That one district judge is trying to force taxpayers to cover migrant housing across the country. But we will appeal it, and that is our remedy.”

Meanwhile, Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, has raised concerns about leaks from inside the federal government, particularly within the FBI and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). These leaks tipped off illegal immigrants and gang members about upcoming ICE raids, allowing violent criminals to evade capture.

Bondi warned that leakers within federal agencies would be prosecuted, stating:

“It’s dangerous enough making these arrests. When you leak it and give criminals a heads-up, you jeopardize lives. That is illegal. And we will not tolerate it in the FBI or any department within the U.S. government.”
