My express routine today! Perfect for those days when we are on vacation or don't have much time to train.
3set x 15 - 20rept each exercise (squat held 54sec).
Use dumbbells of 14kg each and my medium and strong elastic band.
I'm only missing one exercise (seated abd with band which I really love to finish my lower body routines)

We upload fitness ,yoga, workout , exercise and food travel videos to our channel about different countries.
