Hi, friend! These are some of my go-to yoga poses and stretches when I wake up in the morning that I've been doing throughout my third trimester of pregnancy. As a yoga practitioner and yoga teacher, I have found my practice to be more relevant than ever before. Moving my body and tuning into my breath has really helped me navigate my pregnancy so far and has also helped me connect with baby. I hope you find these morning stretches helpful, energizing, and grounding.
