This 25-minute stability ball total body interval workout workout targets coordination, strength, core and balance movements! We will go through 6 movements 2 times through for a minute each with no recovery. There is a full body warm up to start and includes a full 6-minute stretch to wrap up this workout. You will need a stability ball to fully execute this workout but a medicine ball or weight could be a great substitute for some prescribed movements.

A 65cm ball will support individuals who are on the taller side (5'9" and above) and a 55cm ball will support those who are on the shorter side.
