When I stopped bioidentical progesterone about 3 years ago, I had a lot of sleep issues. 💤

I had been sleeping great with the progesterone, but it turned out to be just a hormone fog... covering a multitude of deeper issues.

Now I believe that bioidentical hormones mask underlying issues, that get worse if not addressed.

Back then, though, I wanted to figure out why I wasn't sleeping. Was I toxic on something or deficient on something? If so, I wanted to address those things so I would get better and sleep better.

So what did I do? I had to make lifestyle and dietary changes… all within the scope of Eat God’s Way, by the way, nothing outlandish… to address my underlying issues (toxicities and deficiencies).

I made changes a little at a time, and as my energy levels, health, and natural hormone levels gradually improved, I started sleeping better, too! 🙌

And now I sleep well most of the time. 💕
