Active-Duty Troops Arrive At Southern Border To Combat Illegal Migration

Three large military planes landed at Biggs Army Airfield In El Paso on Thursday.

Fort Bliss confirming that the planes carrying U.S. Troops are part of the of National Guard Troops that are being sent to the U.S. Mexico Border by President Donald Trump as he declared the border crisis a national emergency and signed dozens of executive orders to stop what he calls the invasion and launch his mass deportation plan.

The additional troops consist of 1,000 U.S. Army personnel and 500 Marines from Camp Pendleton in California.
This represents a 60% increase in active-duty ground forces since President Trump was sworn-in on Monday.
More than 4,100 Texas National Guard soldier will remain on duty at the Southern border as part of Governor Greg Abbott’s ongoing Operation Lone Star.
