I began with Hammer Strength Bi-Lateral Horizontal Rows but lighter, using shorter rest times and longer eccentrics for intensification at lower loads

After the rows, I did Wide-Grip Strict Pull-ups. I did these from dead hang to chest to bar, facing the shelving to eliminate any swing. these were to technical failure, going until form breakdown or the requirement of “body English” to complete a rep
