Calisthenics Day 3 Back Routine: Star Crunch

Welcome to the Flat Earth Fitness third day routine for back muscles. The 1st exercise is called the Star Crunches. Lets do 4 sets aiming between 45 to 60 seconds each set. Focus on muscle contraction keeping the time under tension. It's not about the amount of reps. Lets watch Coach Steve.
