Post-Conditioning Hamstrings & Calves (Knee Support Small Workout)

Starting with Lifefitness Seated Hamstring Curls I reduced the load and went for higher volume this session. I did 5 total sets in the 15+ rep range
-
Next, for calves I did 5 sets of Hammer Strength Standing Machine Calf Raises. These were in the 20+ rep range in quick succession using stretch reflex akin to landing from a jump or a rebound
