Calisthenics Day 2 Chest Routine: Diamond Pushup

Welcome to the Flat Earth Fitness day 2 routine, where we focus on the chest muscles. The sixth exercise is called the Diamond Push Up and we are doing 4 sets repeating until failure. Make sure your index fingers stay touching together and your thumbs stay touching. The diamond shape must be kept. This is going to target a different muscle group than the regular pushup so focus on maintaining form even if you can only do a few at first. That is why we are repeating until failure. Lets watch Coach Steve.
