Post-Conditioning Back Small Workout

For my primary pull I’ve returned to front loading rows where I can do them the heaviest. I began with Hammer Strength Bi-Lateral Horizontal Rows to this effect, doing 5 sets in the 10+ rep range

Then next, I did Wide-Grip Cable lat Pulldowns, extra-wide and heavy-ish. I did 5 sets of these also in the 10+ rep range
