Post-Conditioning Pressing & Accessories (Chest & Shoulders Small Workout)

The primary movement was Incline Dumbbell Press. I did 5 sets of doubles for strength-skill work. I want to ensure as my bodyweight trends down I don’t allow my strength to regress past a certain point

For an accessory I did 5 sets of Lifefitness Machine Lateral Raises. These were in the 10+ rep range right up to concentric failure the last few sets
