In the last two episodes we have been talking about God’s promised blessings for obedience in Deuteronomy 28 as written in verses 1-14.

Today we are backing up to Deuteronomy 27:15-26 which outlines the actions that will result in cursing if not dealt with: false idols, rebellion, moving boundaries, ignoring the needy, falsely judging people, adultery, bestiality, pedophilia, incest, assault, and murder.

Proverbs 6:16-19 NLT There are six things the Lord hates- no, seven things he detests: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that kill the innocent, a heart that plots evil, feet that race to do wrong, a false witness who pours out lies, a person who sows discord in a family.

All we must do is repent and turn from your ways to walk in God’s blessings.
Isaiah 44:22 I have swept away your offenses like a cloud, your sins like the morning mist. Return to me, for I have redeemed you.”

Acts 3:19 Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord…”

Deuteronomy 28:2 …blessings shall come on you and over take you if you listen to the voice of the LORD thy God.
