PROMISED BLESSINGS OF OBEDIENCE ARE THE SAME TODAY!

DEUTERONOMY 28:1-14 A remarkable outline of God’s promised blessings of obedience.

Moses wrote Deuteronomy the very end of his assignment leading the rebellious Israelite’s forty years to their destiny of possessing the promised land. As you read and ponder this think about how rebellion delayed the Israelites 40 years for an 11 day trip.

The promise of God never changes. What has to change is the attitude of the heart to honor God and trust Him.

Deut 28: 1 paraphrased ….If you diligently listen to the voice of God, and do all his commandments…The Lord thy God will set you on high above all nations of the earth.

Blessed in the city and the field
Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and fruit of thy ground.
Blessed shall be thy basket and storehouse.
Blessed shall you be coming in and going out.
